Before admission in IIBM, my communication was not up to the mark, and it took me a few days after admission to understand the environment. I strengthen myself afterward and try uplift my professionalism. In December 2022 during campus placement drive held in my college I was finally placed as ACRM at UJJIVAN Small Finance Bank.

The two years of PGDM at Indian institute of Business Management (2020-2022) is worth cherishing for life. The faculty members were very helpful and supportive throughout the journey. The Enrich library, modern classroom and daily grooming classroom activities has helped me a lot to achieve my goal. I am blessed to a part of IIBM Family.

I am a final-year student of PGDM, with specialization Marketing & Finance, Batch: 2021-2023, and currently placed at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank at the post of ACRM.I am very thankful to the faculty members and the placement cell who helped me to achieve this by guiding me at every stage. My experience with the placement procedure was great as I got to learn a lot.

Talking about my Time at IIBM, I had enjoyed my college life to the fullest and had some of the best college days of my life. I was a student of one of the most reputed colleges of Patna. When I had joined IIBM it was time of Covid lockdown, and I was thinking that what to do as it was hard to go out. If I talk about my experience at IIBM I would say It is one of the best institute in the region to study management.

I had a great journey with IIBM. I did BBA (2018-21) and also PGDM(2021-23) from this college. The constant support, guidance and motivation from the faculties have made it possible. The soft skills classes extremely relevant for GD, Interviews and Personality development. I feel fortunate that I got placed in Ujjivan Small Finance Bank as Assistant Customer Relationship Manager (ACRM).
